Production Process

Order → Production plan → Editing the drawing for production → Forging-processing rough shape → Heat treatment adjustment to HRC32-38 → Processing rough shape and drilling rough hole → Induction heat treatment HRC50-58/all body heat treatment HRC 47+/-3 HRC →Grinding the outside shape accurately → Grinding all size accurately → Inspection → Marking logos → Packing.
